monday afternoon app. break…

i needed to take a breather from some SQL coding so i turned to my iphone for a new app..

iTwitter.

go download it.
its the most “push friendly” twitter app/environment to be released for the iphone and its still free! i just deleted my tweet deck app and although as you can see by clicking here—> i was so excited to use the ‘deck it kept crashing!
i have tried pretty much all the twitter iphone apps
(tweetdeck, twitterfon, twitterific, twinkle, twittelator & tweetsville)
and im still in love with TWEETIE!…but…. so far so good with iTwitter.

the new “push” technology which in theory delivers messages as pop-ups on the home screen is enabled within this app, which ….is awesome. you can also access your direct messages, mentions, favorites, following/ follower list, timelines and so much more
(nearby tweets, twitpic intergration, re-tweet option, landscape keyboard etc.)
but the push tech isnt 100% just yet…you will get your mentions and direct messages “pushed” as long as the other person is using itwitter..blah. so convince all your iphone friends to used iTwitter!
i like the interface, its cute…it def works..imma go play with it now.
